User's account is checked for discrepancies. If there is no problem, request is put into processing and has a "processing" status. If there is a problem, we have to put the withdrawal on hold for more investigation.
Request is approved from offline cold wallet and is completed. "Processing" becomes "processed" and the fund will reach their designated address.
