To log in to your Quoinex account, there are a few processes you might need to go through:
reCAPTCHA is the third party check designed to establish that a computer user is human (normally in order to protect QUOINEX from bots). Sometimes it requires you to pass its small quizzes to continue logging into our system.
- Confirming new IP address
Whenever you log in from new IP address, a notification appears at the bottom of the Sign In page: You are logging in from a new IP address that is not confirmed yet. A confirmation link has been sent to your email address. Please check and confirm to continue. Check your inbox for QUOINEX: Please Confirm Your New IP Address email, then click on the provided link to enable the new IP address. The IP address is accordingly recorded and you will be able to sign in as usual.
- 2-factor authentication
Once you have confirmed your IP address and logged in, system will ask for a 2-factor authentication code before giving full access. You can get this code from your 2FA app (Authy or Google Authenticator)*. If you have not set up 2FA for your Quoinex account yet, please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
*From August 11th 2017, Google Authenticatior is the only 2FA app available for Quoinex. For more details, see this article.
