2017.09.20 -- Change in Service

This service transition notice is for customers living in Japan, and registered with QUOINE Pte Ltd. Customers not living in Japan, please read this instead: 2017.09.20 -- System Maintenance

On April 1st 2017, Amended Payment Service Act came into effect. Therefore, all cryptocurrency exchanges are to be registered with the Japan Financial Service Agency (JFSA).

QUOINE Corporation's trading platform, "QUOINEX," has been focusing on upgrading security systems and strengthening internal management systems in order to satisfy all requirements of the registration. As a result, on May 11th 2017, QUOINEX has been successfully registered with JFSA by QUOINE Corporation.

All customers who are living in Japan now but registered previously with QUOINE Pte Ltd, QUOINE Corporation's 100% owned Singapore subsidiary, are therefore required to have their account terms updated from QUOINE Pte Ltd to QUOINE Corporation to comply with JFSA regulations.

From the moment this newsletter is received, to September 24th 2017, if there is no written objection from you, we will assume that you have agreed to the transition from QUOINE Pte Ltd to QUOINE Corporation.
