In line with our license approval from Japan FSA, we are pleased to announce the expansion of services with Shizuoka Bank, to cover all SGD deposits. This is in line with the strengthening of our partnership with Shizuoka Bank, and their expansion plans to serve their Singapore customer base.
Starting from 12AM JST October 25th 2017, SGD deposits to QUOINEX will be received by a new bank account. To view the new bank details, please log in to your QUOINEX dashboard, click Fund My Account on the top bar, and click "Step 2. Make the transfer" in Deposit panel.
In order to avoid any issues, please make sure that your funds will arrive at our current account before 12AM JST October 25th 2017, particularly for non-FAST transfers.
