Users can export a CSV of their trading activities for a certain time period. This feature is until now still being worked on and perfected, so if you cannot receive a report or receive a blank CSV, please contact us at email@example.com and we will export it manually.
How to request a trading report
- From Main Menu, select Account.
- Look for the “Transacted Volumes” panel on the right of the dashboard.
- Specify the “From” and “To”
- Scroll down within the panel and click “Email Report” once the words have turned blue and became clickable.
