Crypto withdrawals on QUOINE have to go through extensive balance and security checks across all accounts before getting processed.
On business days (Mon-Fri, excluding observed public holidays), crypto withdrawals are processed twice a day. At 10am UTC+9 and 4pm UTC+9 (cutoff times), pending withdrawals will be put through checks and processed after all checks are completed. Withdrawals submitted after cutoff time will be checked and processed with the next batch. For example, a request submitted at 11am UTC+9 will be counted into the 4pm UTC+9 batch.
All withdrawals have a maximum processing time of one working day. If there are any balance/security problems, processing time may be prolonged and further trading-related clarifications may be required from users.
Crypto withdrawal processing is unavailable on weekends and national holidays of Japan, Singapore, and US. Requests submitted on these days will be processed on the next working day.
See the list of observed holidays here.
UPDATE (Jan 17, 2018)
We process crypto withdrawals once a day on working days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and observed public holidays). Cutoff time is 11AM JST. At cutoff time, pending withdrawals are put through checks and then processed after these checks are completed. Withdrawals submitted after this cutoff time will be moved to the next batch on the next working day. This is assuming the withdrawals do not encounter any unforeseeable circumstance which may affect our processing schedule.
