Deactivating an account means its credentials will no longer work for both QUOINEX and QRYPTOS, and that you will be unsubscribed from all QUOINE emails including newsletters and transactional emails. To have your account deactivated, first of all, please make sure that your account has zero or negligible balance. Then send an email to support@quoine.com detailing your inquiry.
