2018.03.29 -- Change in deposit bank account

Effective immediately, all fiat withdrawals on QUOINEX are frozen until Monday April 2 to facilitate this transition. QUOINE PTE customers are kindly requested to no longer deposit fiat to Shizuoka Bank. Any deposits that reach Shizuoka Bank after Friday March 30 will bounce and incur fees.

QUOINEX will no longer support deposits in HKD.

While we transition to our new financial partner, only QUOINE PTE clients whose bank accounts are with local banks in Japan can make withdrawal and deposit requests at this time. This is not applicable for those whose bank accounts are outside of Japan.
